This morning we had the briefing on National Policy exercise to the faculty. I was in the syndicate led by a local officer. All along, I knew that I am not going to learn much from this exercise as our participation was minimal. Most of us the allied officers were kept in the dark about the plan and this exercise was actually done by a three or four local officers only. Something fishy must been going on, but we do not complain but only wonder and speculate. Most of the time, the group prefer to converse in urdu. Anyway, we do try and participate in the discussion with the DS. During the briefing today it was apparent during the Q&A, the leader did not have the full grasp of the subject matter. His answers to some questions were not to the mark. Anyway there were some comments for consider before the final briefing to the Comdt tomorrow. We will see how it goes.
Went to Friday prayer at college mosque, after which went to mess for a quick lunch of made up of the normal fare of chapati and "dull".
In the afternoon, managed to do jogging. I felt good today, so I just stretched the distance a bit, putting about an extra 2 kms. The temperature was very pleasant this afternoon. After jogging, did some work out at the gym. After maghrib, went to the bakery with my Omani colleague for some sandwiches and roll.
